Terms and Conduct
We take the safety and well-being of all participants in our CHILL OUT! hockey tournament very seriously. As such, we require all parents, coaches, and players to abide by a code of conduct that ensures a positive and respectful environment for everyone involved.

By registering in our tournament, you agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:

Respect all participants: Treat everyone with respect and courtesy, including players, coaches, parents, and officials. Avoid using foul language or making derogatory remarks toward others.

Follow the rules: Follow all tournament rules and regulations, including those related to conduct, equipment, and gameplay.

Show good sportsmanship: encourage fair play and good sportsmanship at all times.

Avoid unsportsmanlike conduct, including taunting, trash-talking, or engaging in physical altercations.

Be a positive role model: Set a good example for others, especially our young players.

The head coach of each team is responsible for the actions of all players and parents affiliated with their team and is expected to address concerns appropriately.

If you have a concern or complaint, please bring it to the attention of tournament officials in a respectful and appropriate manner. Do not confront or argue with other participants or officials.

Failure to abide by this code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the tournament with no refund. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a positive and safe environment for all participants.
